DEEPDENTAL is an AI visibility service for dental practices. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this site, how we use it, and the choices you have. We have tried to keep it short and accurate to what the site actually does.

Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us.

• Scan inputs. When you run a visibility scan, you provide your practice name, your service area, and optionally your website. We use these to query the AI engines and assess how they describe or recommend your practice.
• Audit and contact form. When you request an audit or get in touch, you provide your name, email, phone, role, and your message, so we can respond.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to run AI visibility scans and to respond to your inquiries. If you give phone consent, we may text you about your results. We do not use your information for unrelated purposes.

AI providers

To assess your visibility, scan queries may be sent to third-party AI providers (for example, the makers of the engines we monitor). These queries describe your practice and service area so the engines can return how they would answer a patient. We share only what is needed to run the scan.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not trade or rent it to data brokers, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

Data retention

We keep the information you provide for as long as needed to deliver the scan or service you requested and to respond to you. When it is no longer needed, we remove it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

Your choices
